Inside + outside
One crew for the ductwork inside and the concrete outside
Ventilation, hoods and dryer vents indoors, pressure washing, roofs and gutters outdoors, for plants, warehouses and campuses.
Behind the walls and above the ceilings
The interior side of the work is the part of a building nobody sees. Ventilation systems, air handling units and ductwork carry the air everyone breathes. Kitchen hood systems and dryer vents collect grease and lint in places no cleaning crew reaches. Ceilings and garbage chutes pick up grime that spreads into the rest of the building if it is ignored.
Restaurants sit at the center of this list, because a commercial kitchen asks more of its exhaust than almost any other room. We take that work end to end, from the hood to the fan, and leave the line ready for the next day of cooking.
Each of these systems has its own page with the detail: kitchen exhaust and hood cleaning, air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. This page is the overview, for managers who would rather have one crew handle the whole building than coordinate three.

The outside of the building gets the same attention
Exteriors take weather, traffic and years of buildup. We handle pressure washing and wall cleaning for the building envelope, sidewalks and aprons where foot and truck traffic leave their mark, roof cleaning, and gutters that need clearing before they back up. Industrial plant cleaning covers the larger footprint of a working facility.
HVAC coil cleaning also lives on the exterior side, since rooftop and outdoor equipment is where condenser coils sit. If a coil is part of your list, see the dedicated page on air handling unit and coil cleaning for how that work is planned.
Pressure washing is done with the schedule in mind. A loading dock, a plant yard or a campus walkway is only useful when it is open, so we plan around the traffic that uses it.
Hotels to hospitals, plants to campuses
We work for the buildings that cannot afford to be down for long: hotels, hospitals, stadiums, office buildings, apartment complexes, schools and universities, warehouses and industrial plants. Different buildings, same expectation, which is thorough work done without disrupting the people inside.
Metro Cleaning Service, Inc. has served the Twin Cities since 1968, from the shop at 208 Ryan Dr in Saint Paul. Describe the building and what needs cleaning, and we will put together a free quote that fits the site rather than a number pulled from a chart.
